Book recommendation for Wolff-Denjoy theory on the unit disk

I am studying David Shoikhet's book "Semigroups in Geometrical Function Theory"; I am interested in the first three chapters, esepcially the Wolff-Denjoy theory on the unit disk. The thing is I have some trouble understanding the definition of non-tangential limit and the Julia-Caratheodory-Wolff theorem. Does anybody know books that cover that material? I couldn't find anything online except of M. Abate's book on Iteration theory, but it is presented in a way too broad manner for me (I'm not at all familiar with Riemann surfaces).
