I have been given a TXT file that gives me Earth Centered Inertial (ECI) coordinates and I need to change them to Earth Centered Earth Fixed (ECEF) and North East Down (NED).
I believe I have the proper transformation matrices, but I am not sure what the best way to verify the outputs is. I don't have a truth data set to go off of and the ECI to NED is rotated in non-intuitive directions.
