In the Cook's "Perturbations of satellite orbits by tesseral harmonics" i've found the following formula(13, page 799) for potential:
$$U = fracmurleft1-sumlimits_n=2^inftyleft(fracRrright)^nleft[J_nP_n(sinphi)-sum_s=1^nJ_n,sP_n^ssinphicoss(lambda - lambda_n,s)right] right$$
What values are taken as $lambda_n,s$ and $J_n,s$? There were some words about it in the book, but not the exact values.
