I was reading about the asymptotic behavior of the constant $C(n,s)$ in the paper "Hitchhiker's guide to the fractional Sobolev spaces".
In the proposition 4.1 I don't understand the part where they estimate the account why they do that, is this to use the Dominated Convergence Theorem?or what?picture of the paper
