Is it correct to say that $mathbbR^2$ is an Euclidean Space since there is an isomorphism between the "objects and rules" of the Euclidean Geometry and the "objects and rules" of $mathbbR^2$ ?

I hope you understand what I mean, maybe I've used a not so clear language, but I don't know how to better express my thought
